NTP refclock that uses DVB as a time source. Useful if nothing else is available but the offset can vary from -1 to -3 seconds and the jitter is about 200ms.
The DVB card must be tuned to any multiplex, it will wait forever for the time signal and then update as often as possible. The transport stream will not be disrupted in any way so the card can still be used.
