Adds a new option -c which starts in client-only mode,
forcing the use of a system-allocated source port and
ignoring cmd handler initialisation. The process also
automatically exits when there are no more tunnels.

Useful behind any NAT or connection tracking device
which is likely to stop forwarding packets if the
same src/dst IP/port combination is used forever,
but which then works reliably if the port is changed.
