I run my own stratum 1 time server, using the radio clocks below a GPS receiver as a reference source.
I've built my own MSF and DCF77 radio clocks using instructions from
Jonathan Buzzard's
Simple Radio Clock for PCs
guide.
A box connected to the serial port provides input/output for all devices with a pass-through USB connector to power the GPS.
The first radio clock receiver I set up, on August 29th 2004.
The second radio clock receiver I set up, on March 4th 2005.
I bought a Garmin GPS 18 and it's been running since October 20th 2007.
